Ira C. Yellin and Richard C. Hyman are the two partners at Yellin & Hyman, PC. We are admitted to practice in all State Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court and U.S. Federal District Court in Boston.

Attorneys Yellin and Hyman have each successfully provided legal services for over 20 years to those in need of legal help, earning the respect, trust and confidence of their clients.

Ira Yellin was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1961. He is married with three children and has been a resident of Massachusetts since 1983. Ira Yellin worked as an associate at small to mid-sized law firms prior to forming Yellin & Hyman.

Rick Hyman was born in Norfolk, Virginia in 1959 and has been a resident of Massachusetts since 1982. He is married with two children. After clerking for an Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. Department of Labor, he worked at small to mid-sized law firms prior to forming Yellin & Hyman.

Yellin & Hyman first met while working as associates in a general practice law firm. They combined their wealth of experience and formed Yellin & Hyman in order to dedicate themselves to the needs of their clients - their most valuable asset.
